Orchard View by the Mississippi Retirement Centre, Almonte, Ontario
Presently under construction with an expected 2016 occupancy.
This project involved the design and construction of a 121-unit, four-storey, 128,000 square foot senior’s retirement residence in Almonte, Ontario. The building design features three residential wings anchored by a large four-storey central atrium with a pond, waterfall and green wall. Accessed off the central atrium area are a series of spaces for the residents’ use including dining facilities, bar, multi-purpose room, chapel and wellness centre. Surrounding the building is a collection of soft and hard landscaped areas including amenity areas and ponds, and a roof terrace located on the fourth floor level.
