Garden Villa Retirement Residence, Chesterville, Ontario
Completed in 2015, this project involved the design and construction of a 12-unit, 7,500 square foot addition to an existing 46,300 square foot senior’s retirement residence located in Chesterville, Ontario. The project also included interior renovations to the existing administration and social areas along with the reconfiguration of the previous reception area to make it more visible and accessible to guests and residents.
